Fluoron’s Spin Off

Fluoron has been providing non-stick surface solutions and paper roll cleaning services since 1990. Serving primarily the paper and pulp industry, Fluoron sells and installs custom Teflon sleeves and coatings. The coating application business started in 2022 and will exceed max capacity of $1M in 2025.​

To maximize growth and enterprise value, Fluoron will spin-off its coating application business creating a new entity – Aegis Advanced (AA). AA will occupy a dedicated space in Fluoron’s 40k square foot building in Elkton, MD. AA will employ dedicated employees while sharing infrastructure and administration costs with Fluoron.​

The coating application market is plagued by poor customer response times, quoting delays and long turnaround times. AA will exploit that gap in the market.
